Semi Dry Suit
Its time to return to some of the myths associated with Dry Suits and give a great understanding of what they are.
The dry suit itself does not really keep you warm, heat is gained by what you wear under your drysuit. Usually people wear clothes for polar or other keep warm.
It is technically possible but unlikely with adequate training on the proper use of a wetsuit should not happen.

Neoprene seals are durable, they are much harder to get in and out. When the neoprene diving depth is compressed and will not provide as good thermal insulation and other materials. Using a high quality seal latex is the preferred material for most divers using dry suits because they are more comfortable and will last for years if well cared for.
This is not right, if your training from day one with a dry suit naturally and you'll be fine. Dry suits are used by a wide range of professional divers and beginners are used based on environment instead of skill level.
This is not true that by using Archimedes' Principle, when the dry suit is in the water only lose a small amount of its total volume, body and tank / etc still move a lot of water, which means you will be near neutral buoyant.
There is really no such thing as a semi dry suit, who are in a wetsuit or drysuit. A dry suit is the intention of keeping it completely dry, poor installation only if the ingress of water.
